Your Syntek Solar Account

You agree to immediately notify Syntek Solar if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

To purchase a solar system, you must enter into a signed agreement and provide full payment or approved financing terms. Additional charges may apply for changes or cancellation once installation work has begun.
Ownership, title, and risk of loss for solar equipment transfers to you when products are delivered and accepted at your site. You assume full responsibility for installed products and materials.
Syntek Solar provides manufacturer warranties on equipment as applicable. Solar panel installations also include our limited warranty on workmanship. Details can be found in your signed system agreement. We make no other warranties regarding our products or services.
The Syntek Solar website and materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that website content is accurate, reliable or correct, that the website will be available at any particular time or location, or that it will function without error or interruption.
Syntek Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website, purchase or use of products, or any breach of these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability arising from or relating to the website or these Terms exceed the amounts you paid to Syntek Solar for products or services purchased.
